Daniel Pedroza, CCIM, is the Founder, Owner, and Principal Broker of Dominion Realty International, a full-service real estate brokerage serving clients throughout Texas in residential, luxury, commercial, land and ranch, investment, and residential and commercial property management.
Since beginning his real estate career in 2010, Daniel has built his reputation on integrity, innovation, and a commitment to delivering exceptional results. He launched his career representing buyers and sellers in the residential and luxury home market before expanding his expertise in 2016 into commercial real estate, land and ranch properties, and residential and commercial property management.
Today, Daniel advises homeowners, investors, developers, business owners, landlords, and tenants across virtually every major real estate asset class. His expertise includes commercial acquisitions and dispositions, investment sales, landlord and tenant representation, industrial properties, hospitality, multifamily investments, land development, residential and commercial property management, and 1031 Exchange strategies.
As a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM), Daniel combines advanced investment analysis with practical market expertise to help clients make informed decisions while building long-term wealth through real estate.
Daniel is equally passionate about advancing the real estate profession. As President of the South Texas Commercial Association of REALTORS® (STCAR) in 2024 and 2025, he championed education, collaboration, and professionalism throughout the commercial real estate industry. He continues to mentor and educate real estate professionals, believing that leadership is measured by the success of those you help develop.
